Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Our Journi deck. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-Day Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of posting, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your deck arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement, your choice.

Condition of Returns Items returned unused and undamaged will receive a full refund. If cards show evidence of significant use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund to reflect the reduced condition of the goods.
